Dear Ben,
I just wanted to write and thank you personally for the truly great job you did in selling my mother’s house. As you know she had lived there for over 40 years and it was a real wrench for her to leave it, especially after my father had died so recently. You made the process so much easier for her and above all, you didn’t treat this as just another sale but you and Duncan treated it with sensitively and care as you realised it was an end of an era. My mother now calls you “our Ben” as she realises we got a truly personal and first class service from you. I was touched that you turned up on the day of the move to wave her goodbye and I am truly grateful that you helped us deal so easily with a post move glitch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Trindle Rymer Irens as you give clients such a unique service. You are like the Coutts of Estate agents. I just wish I had a few more houses to sell as it was such fun and you made it so easy. On the other hand, you are going to wish you never gave my Mum your mobile number………..she has you on speed dial!!!

When looking for a house to buy near Wandsworth Common, Ben Rymer was, without doubt, the best estate agent we encountered. Why? He listened to what we wanted - and our needs were very specific - and immediately suggested a house that might suit. It was exactly right for us and a far cry from the many properties we'd been sent by other agents, that nowhere near fulfilled our criteria about 'feel' and style. It was a joy to find an agent who didn't try to waste our time, and his, but was instead efficient and always easy to deal with and understood exactly what we wanted.
Very good luck with your new venture. I was so sad to see Robert Trindle close down but delighted to see it rise, phoenix-like, from the ashes as I've always felt that you do business in an ethical and expert way.
